South Nomad Buoy Overview

This buoy is located at 48.35N 133.94W making it an "offshore" indicator of swell and wind data. It is stationed approx. 400 miles off the WA/BC border, due west from the Straits of Juan de Fuca. It is highly useful for determining what type wind and swell patterns will set up in the next 24 to 48 hrs.
