Parrish Park North Overview
Best flat water sailing in the area, and lovely scenery, though Kelly Park has more amenities. Good for all wind directions, esp. north and north-east. Weeds tend to be a problem, so a weed fin is usually recommended.
The sensor came online in January 2012 and since then it has yielded consistent and reliable data (it was down for a couple of months in the fall of 2013, but by early December it was back online; thank you iwindsurf!).
It is important to note that the meteogram for this location severely under-predicts the actual conditions. For some reason the Kelly Park-Calema meteogram provides a much better forecast of what's likely to happen here at Parrish Park North!
