This is actually First Encounter Beach in Eastham., location is on the CC bay side.

Note that the tides charts attached are for Pleasant Bay in Orleans & Chatham. They are off by 2 hours from the correct tides for this site. Refer to a Cape Cod Bay tide chart for accurate info. It's important because there is little water at low tide here.
