Referred to as “Cartier” and situated in the Alexandre Bourgeau park at the end of Cartier boulevard, you get there by taking exit 49 off auto route 20 and following Cartier to it’s end; the waterfront. Drive to the extreme end of the parking lot, and you’re there.
