1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.
.synopsis...a disorganized 29.5 inch low will cross the upper
great lakes this afternoon. the low will cross just to the north
of the lake tonight while dragging an associated cold front
across the remainder of the lower great lakes wednesday morning.
the wavy front will exit across new england wednesday afternoon,
while a large 30.4 inch canadian high will settle over the upper
great lakes. the area of high pressure will slowly work across
lake ontario wednesday night and thursday. the high will cross new
england on friday. a warm front will lift northwards across the
lake later friday night and saturday.
